1. Definitions

4. Account Management

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

ph5566's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph5566 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph5566 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph5566 shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by service interruptions, technical failures, or events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, telecommunications failures, or government actions.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude ph5566's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these terms, ph5566 reserves the right to forfeit any Real Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the account. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as voluntary closure by the Player — any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of applicable verification procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of the initial complaint, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of the dispute.

Nothing in this section shall prevent ph5566 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
